No Tomorrow

To say that objects know no tomorrow is generous. For even when glancing at a seemingly solid object we are seeing a ‘past’ version of it. This seamless whole is constantly in flux!

“No Tomorrow” – written and read through Walter

I feel my feet
on the ground
yet I am falling
(but not down),
I recognize
there are no borders
or directions
to this spaceless place…
and as I look around
what was once thought
to be matter,
the solid ground
where my feet
seemed planted,
I no longer
take for granted
the solidity of things
as they borrow
from eternal now
and know
no tomorrow
