Once More

“Once More” – written and read through Walter

I have forgotten myself
and search with countless eyes
through endless forms to find myself
in the silence of the wise,
as laughter booms and tears arise,
another form falls, a body dies,
yet I remain to lend existence once more,
stepping through the open door
to find myself hidden again
a new name, a new form,
an irresistible yen

yen (yĕn)
n.
A strong desire or inclination; a yearning or craving.

  1. Walter, “…as laughter booms (blooms) and tears (of joy) arise (and indwell)”, when reading your poetry.
    Thanks, as always.
